On Time Delivery Guarantee

• For residential orders only.  Sorry, this means that your rental item must be scheduled at a single-family home, not in the street or any common area.  The set-up location needs to be yours and yours alone! This does exclude apartments, townhouses, condos, parking lots, greenbelts, etc. 



• Must have flexible delivery window including the day before delivery if necessary.



• The guarantee is for your party time not your delivery window.  Each order has a specific party time, this is the time you are guaranteed to have the item at your home.  The delivery window is the approximate time that your delivery driver will arrive for delivery.  The guarantee is for your party time only!



• Our delivery team will arrive at your location listed on your contract before your party start time.



• This guarantee is not valid if your delivery address is incorrect on the contract, not available during the attempted delivery, re-delivery attempts, gate code issues, guard gate delays, surface not being correct on contract, restricted times on delivery, parks including neighborhood parks and green belts, commercial locations, schools, churches, apartment complexes and multi-family communities.
